Maharashtra issue & Raj Thakre

Now one of the most discussed topic is Raj Thakre .
Lets first discuss regarding maharashtra. Maharashtrians are amongst the people who prefer to have a job than business. I know the trend is changing now but still not noticeable.
Mumbai is one of the most happening as well as job providing city in India. It is considered that Maharashtra has better education facilities and more jobs so people from different states migrate here. Migration of people has started more after privatization as many private companies provide jobs in specific states.

Now consider the cases of states other than Maharashtra if somebody migrate there then he or she need to know the regional language as well as respect the culture to live there without any problem. This is not because the people will run to beat you if you dont learn the language but the fact is people tend to speak in their language and behave according to the culture so if somebody wants to settle there then as i said respecting the culture is necessary.
Maharashtra has gained popularity mainly because of mumbai .Now people form almost every state reside in maharashtra in large no. because of job opportunities. There is nothing wrong in it. Its natural and everyone have the right to reside in any part of our country.
So after many years of development and tremendous increase in population in maharashtra natives think or the politicians make them think that there is a threat to their (our) culture.

Now everybody knows the recent discussed person who thinks he is speaking for maharashtra (Raj Thakre ) says that its the end of patience of maharashtrians and heavy migration in maharashtra should be stopped. I would like to say it in a sophisticated way there is no problem regarding migration but if someone resides in this state then the person must respect the natives. I dont complain against everybody but as my experience with few is worse. But I too have good experiences that the migrants ( its wrong to say migrants because we live in a independent country so whole India belongs to us but for the time being I have used the word) mix well in the culture and even respect more than few natives.

Everybody must not be knowing but the migrants have not only established many businesses and provided jobs to the natives but some also do the laborious jobs that the natives hesitate to do.But mean while there are few who are damaging the state property and not respecting the culture so I think we should oppose that and not the talent.

The problem which we have is not the migration but the administration and also saturation at a single place .So we can expect from our government to make proper educational and industrial facilities to channelize the saturation at a place.If somebody gets proper resources in their region then why would he try and settle elsewhere.

Take the case of RRB exam it was Lalu prasad who was responsible for not making people of maharastra aware of the exam decided to be conducted in maharashtra's capital. So why should the common people from north appearing for exam suffer its consequence .It was not their fault but was the fault of administration . So what I am saying is that the common people belonging to any state are suffering physical problems because of verbal fight of politicians.

I dont say that Raj thakre is completely wrong but I wish there would have been better ways to get things right.
